Resort is old, but well maintained. Beautiful view of the Bay. Staff was amazing and checked in with me each day to make sure everything was okay. The room was big, with bedroom, small kitchen, living room and Balcony. Furniture was old, but clean.

Had an awesome time. It would have been great to have some kind soda, water, juice. Basically a vending machine on the property. Also took about 1/2 hour to get hot water to the room before using the tub and shower🙂

Our air conditioning did not work, we were provided portable fans in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. We arrived at 3:30, check in was not until 4:00. This is the first hotel that i have ever been to, where they did not allow anyone to check in before the actual check in time. We were able to pre-register but that really didn't save sny time becsuse everyone had pre-registered, so then we had to wait in line again to get our room keys. The employees were nice enough, but that didn't really make up for the rest of the issues.

Nice View

Pros: He view of the

Blood stained matress

The matress in the pullout bed had a huge blood stain on it. Told front desk and was told they will get housekeeper to clean it. Too late it has been there for a long time. Should have replaced the matress

Dirty and disgusting awful hotel

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: It should be shut down.
This hotel is filthy. I would never recommend this to anyone. The lobby is as dirty as can be. The floors and elevator are wet at all times. The elevator had the same dirt on the floor and fingerprints all over for all 3 days of the stay - you would think someone could wipe it down. The room was gross - all mis matched furniture and everything in it was sticky - we had to wipe it all down. The staff did not get up to do anything, I asked for the managers and the clerk pointed her finger and said his card is down there in that plastic thing. really ? poor service. If you are looking for a clean , well run hotel - this is NOT it.

Dirty hotel

Pros: Location and view.
Cons: Clean the hotel more thoroughly and update the elevators.
Location: The hotel is on bay side on 59th Street. We could walk to the beach. There were restaurants and a 7/11 nearby.
Upon our arrival at 3:30 pm, our bathroom and floors throughout the room were dirty. There was hair on the ledge of the bathtub. Dirt and sand on the floor. We went to the front desk on our way to dinner to tell them about the uncleanliness of the room. The front desk attendant told us that the cleaning crew had left for the day and that it's an outside company that does the cleaning. He offered for us to change rooms. We said that we would stay in the room since we were already unpacked but to please address it with housekeepers the next day. The next day we left our room at 9:30am and returned at 2:30pm. Our room had not been cleaned yet. We went to the pool for about an hour, came back to the room to find that the housekeeper had changed our towels and made our bed, but the dirt and hair were still there. We went to the front desk again. I was told the housekeeping supervisor would be notified to go to our room. About 15 mins later, she arrived to our room. We showed her our concerns. She said the hair was probably missed because they didn't want to move our shower products. We told her that the hair was there when we arrived. She cleaned the tub and mopped the floor and asked if that was good. Also, the hotel lobby is outdated as well as the elevators. The room was big but not very inviting or comfortable. The staff was somewhat friendly, some were more friendly than others. The location was beautiful and convenient.
