The hallway and living areas have beautifully tiled floors, while the bedrooms are carpeted. This spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, washer and dryer, four televisions and internet access. Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary and 2nd bedrooms feature king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed. Parking is under the building, and there is an outdoor pool located on the south side. Conveniently located at a light with a crosswalk, and just a short walk to the beach and famous Ocean City Boardwalk. In addition to being adjacent to Fish Tales, there are numerous other eateries close by, miniature golf courses, and the Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park.
Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Please note the bunk bed room is movies only, no cable.
Non-smoking, non-vaping.. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season, and any three nights off season.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
