Great location, incompetent service

The service agreement made it very clear that we were to use parking tags, or risk car being towed, located on the "back of the door". There was nothing there and multiple interactions with vacasa staff by text or phone resulted in multiple different responses "you don't need them" and "you do need them". Stressful. Whole time worrying that my car as going to be towed.

Great family vacation

This place was great- spacious and wonderful location. The balcony was really nice both in the morning and evenings- so peaceful! My only complaint was that the floors were quite dirty.

Worst vacation and customer service I've ever had

Vacasa did not post my review for the property or they deleted it because it was negative. First of all when we arrived we realized there were no parking passes for the vehicles and they are required to park on the property. Also the condo was dirty with hair all over the place. We kind of just chalk that up to poor house cleaning not a huge deal. I called to let them know about the parking passes and with there being a long wait they said there was an option to text them with any questions or concerns so I texted them. They didn't respond to my text until 5 hours later around 9:45 p.m. however before they responded to my text house cleaners showed up around 5:15 p.m. to clean which leads me to believe that the place wasn't cleaned before we checked in. Check in time was at 4:00 the cleaners showed up over an hour after that. The cleaners went around and sprayed Windex on various countertops and sprayed inside the bathtubs with bleach spray but just rinsed it and didn't actually scrub the tubs or showers. When the first person of our group tried to get a shower in the main bathroom we realized the shower did not work and water sprayed all over the ceiling and over the shower curtain. Something was wrong inside the shower fixture I'm guessing it's probably a bad washer but we called to let them know about that and that's when we realized vacasa is the worst management company to ever try to deal with. We could never get a hold of anybody and they never fixed the shower.

Extreamly filthy/ very poor communication

Our stay was very uncomfortable due to how dirty this rental property is. The house property is beautiful although the cleanliness was very poor. Sand was all over the place including linens, sofas, kitchen chairs, floors and showers. The scum build up on the bath tub was disgusting. There were multiple dead bugs on the bathroom countertops. The refrigerator was not cleaned. Something sticky was spilled on the dining room table and coffee table which was not wiped up.My kids feet were pitch black after only walking around for less than 20 mins. We had to purchase our own bath towels and washcloths because the house only provided us with 5 (the house sleeps 10). There was supposed to be two parking passes provided. They were no where in the house. I called the property manager and they were to deliver them (that never happened). I called back later in the evening to inform them of the concern for the cleanliness of the house. I was told a cleaning crew would be out first thing the next morning... Needless to say no cleaning crew came. The next day I called again. I was told they would be out shortyly. Again they didnt come. I finally recieved a call 3 days later giving me every excuse in the book as to why the cleaning crew didnt come. I did receive the cleaning credit back due to the hassle. This property has so much potential if they would actually clean it. I would never stay here again or reccomend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a relaxing get away.

Nice view

Enjoyed the beautiful view and fireworks, very nice place for a family getaway, 3 blocks away from the beach spacious and clean. Had an issue with the AC but it was fixed per our request. Thanks to the owners for sharing their place. Definitely will come back when possible.
