Relaxation

This is a lovely rental property for family vacations. The location is not crowded and a very short walk to the beach. I would recommend this property for family time together!

Spot on from photos

Usually photos of a place don’t do it justice but this place matched the photos. Great location and plenty of beds and showers. Nice kitchen as well.

Great place for large families.

This is a nice house for big families. I liked the fact that it is in a quiet area and the breach wasnt crowded. The house is as pictured and the pool in the back was a nice bonus.

Mother's Day Excursion

We held a Mother's Day celebration with 8 adults. The dining areas were perfect and we sat on the top level patio and enjoyed the scenery and view of the beach. The front patio was spacious and comfortable.

Thanksgiving Getaway

It was the perfect fit for our family. The dining table was large enough to seat all 9 of us for dinner and the kitchen was supplied with all the needed utensils. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. Since we stayed during a winter month linens were not provided, which was a bit inconvenient having to pack sheets and towels for everyone. Overall, the place was good and we would consider staying here again.

Birthday Get-A-Way

Waze led us to the property with no issues. Looks just add advertised but shaker than I imagine. Each Bedroom was a perfect size; howeverI the bathroom on the first floor and fourth floor can use a serious upgrade. Other than that, the place was perfect. Multiple decks to Lounge, had a great time. Only steps away from the beach. I will rent again.

The three sleeping floors gave everyone private space with a common area large enough for all of us to gather. The beach and pool were conveniently located and the property manager was very responsive. The kitchen items were limited so if you are a cooking family you may want to augment the pans and utensils. We will return. We had a wonderful experience.

Great accommodations for our large family

We had a family of 12 ranging from 16-78 years in age. The first floor accommodations were perfect for the grandparents with washer/dryer, bathroom and walk out to pool area. The kitchen dinning area was big enough for all of us to sit together for family meals. The outside shower was great for washing off after the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the outside patio furniture is amazing. Such great quality. Any questions or issues we had which were minor were addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ocean City who needs 5 bedrooms.

Needed Rest

The rental property was very nice. My family thought it was a very beautiful home. We had a small issue and we reached out to the owner and they responded back in a short time. They only thing that I would suggest is for the cleaners to dust everything and sweep under the furniture. Something fell under a dresser and when I went to retrieve it I noticed a lot of dust and some trash. I would stay again.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of room. The outside decks were awesome and we spent a lot of time sitting outside with a view of the ocean. It is literally steps away from the beach and pool with easy access. Also, Great customer service! We would not hesitate to return next summer. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the house was perfect! Great location close to restaurants and walking distance from the beach. The only drawbacks were the third floor master bedroom siding door curtains were too small. Because of the curtains being too small the next door neighbors had a full view into the room. Also the cleaners didn't not do a good job. The bedrooms, bathrooms and the first floor patio were dusty. The bedsheets didn't fit the king size beds. Overall our experiences was excellent.

The appliances are updated and we loved the fridge! The deck furniture is sturdy and plentiful. Hardwood floors are gorgeous. The proximity to the pool is perfect. If I could suggest any improvements it would be to add another curtain panel to the top floor king room and the dryer is a little squeaky. Would highly recommend this property to big families and would love to stay here again!

Loved the hardwood floors, family room furniture, and outdoor patios with very nice tables and chairs, not the cheap kind so many others have. The guys especially enjoyed the large TV in the family room for football. House was clean and kitchen had everything one would need to prepare meals.
