We got into town a little later than expected, but the front desk person was kind, quick, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyable location with Jack London, Chinatown, and Downtown all within a short to moderate walk. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is always very polite and courteous. But there was a person already staying in the room they gave us! We walked in on them. It was awful. They quickly gave us another room but they didn't comp us at all. It was disconcerting experience.

The hotel was very clean, nicely renovated, food delivery was easy because they are connected to Grubhub, and the staff was very friendly. But it isn’t in such a nice area. Parking is costly daily and there isn’t house keeping after 4pm. If you don’t care about seeing obscene things randomly this place is great. It doesn’t bother me. I would stay here again. Although it was more expensive than the hotel around the corner, Ramada, my colleagues stayed in.

My vehicle was damaged by the valley service after I paid $100 for two nights of valley parking. The only other parking was on the street. Valet refused to take responsibility for the damage.

The room was ok. I asked for a city view when I reserved the room. What I got was a business building across the street. The house keepers were off for most of the time. We went from Monday to Saturday with no maid service. I will not stay here again.

Location is great, the food and shops within walking distance we loved! Great bread, great shower pressure/soap and shampoo is fantastic. Continual breakfast includes hard boiled eggs. we had a couple interactions that were not the best with the front desk staff. There is public vaket on site. we recommend going down for your car. trust me. Def would go back and now I know who and what to avoid for the perfect stay!

Great central location. Our room was clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Like the pump shampoo instead of the little bottles. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. Staff is very nice. Third party valet parking service was very good. We considered the expense as part of the room expense and feel it was an overall good value. We have paid as much in Oakland without a parking fee.
