The room, hotel condition and common areas were unsatisfactory and need desperately upgrading. Elevator feels like its about to give out any moment. Luggage carts feel overworked and ran down. We checked out early and found another hotel to stay at. We felt deceived by the marketing in the pictures. I was originally booked into a very small room without a working toilet. We were moved into the bigger room, with stained carpets and a tough to lay on bed. The "breakfast" area in the pictures is NOT what it looks like in person, those are generic stock photos from other locales. I've seen motels and extended stays with better selection for "FREE BREAKFAST" advertised. Honestly this location feels a bit predatory, dont stay here unless you're desperate or hard on budget and they are the cheapest option you can find.

I booked a non-smoking room and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the closet smelled like urine, and parts of the room were dirty. I had to leave early as the room did not meet the expectations of what was listed. I’m working with the hotel and Expedia to try to get a refund.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived close to 4pm. They comped the parking because of it. The room was sparse and very small. The TV was broken and only fixed by the second night. The elevator needed maintenance in the morning and we needed to take the stairs from the 6th floor. There was a homeless person that slept on a couch in front of the parking lot.
