Great communication w owner and amazing view!

The property was set up very well for our family. (Ages 25-81). There was one small incident not the fault of the owner but she made it right! Easy to get to the r park during day or town for dinner. Great kitchen and outdoor space! Wish we’d had more time at home! Thanks Sunny!

Wonderful Yosemite Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious, comfortable, charmingly decorated, well supplied and has fantastic views in all directions. We enjoyed the variety of birds that frequent the property including the wild turkeys that would appear from time to time. It's a very serene setting in the hills conveniently close to Oakhurst and the southern entrance of Yosemite. Sunny was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this property which will help make your visit to the area very memorable. We look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful view and home

A group of families stayed here with ages ranging from 2-45. We had everything we needed for the littles provided at the home. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy, rooms are spacious. The comfort of the house was accentuated by the gorgeous views!

Large but comfy house in a great location

Quiet & Beautiful! Beds are extra firm.

This was a beautiful, quiet, clean, SPACIOUS home perfectly suited for my family of 6 who like to sprawl out. The only complaint is that the beds are extra firm. Very hard. Other than that, LOVED IT.

We LOVED this home

We had the perfect stay at Bluebird Hills. The property is beautiful with the perfect amount of privacy but still able to enjoy open views of the hillsides. The rooms were clean, cozy, and more than enough beds to accommodate our large party. The hot tub was the best end to fun evenings here. We would love to stay here again.

The Home was Lovely!

We enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Hills. Large property with expansive deck surrounding the house. We saw wild turkeys and Coyotes. The location was great in terms of access to the park. It’s about 25 minutes to the south entrance of Yosemite.

Beautiful property with spectacular views!!

The property and the location is very nice, matched to the photos & description online. The house is pretty big comfortably accomodated 16 of us including adults&kids. Kids had a blast in the game room & hot tub. Sunny is a perfect host, she was very helpful and accomodated all our requests, thank you Sunny! Word of caution, follow the driving directions provided by host and avoid the last stretch - 628 route. Will definetly stay here next time!

Making a Memory in Yosemite!

We planned a family vacation to Yosemite, and I was looking for a large, modern home that was close enough to the park and big enough to be comfortable for 13 of us ages 3 to 60s. Bluebird Hills was the perfect spot! Every room (family) had their own bathroom and lots of room to relax, eat, and enjoy magnificent views! We found some great restaurants in Oakhurst for our dinners and enjoyed sunrise coffee before we spent our days in Yosemite! Lots of wildlife to enjoy too. This home is near the South entrance and very close to Oakhurst for groceries, dinners, and Bass Lake. Sunny was very helpful and responsive to all my questions! There is a fire ban, so you can't use the fire pit, but there is a hot tub and game room. If you're planning a family trip to Yosemite, this is a perfect home base!

Great property with top notch sunsets!

This house easily accommodated two families, was well-stocked, and very clean. Sunny was an excellent host! She was very responsive to all messages, quickly provided extra fans upon request, and worked to ensure we enjoyed our time in Madera County. The sunsets from this house are spectacular and we loved stargazing from the deck too. We definitely recommend this property!

Awesome Out of Town House

The house is lovely, spacious and clean. It has all the essential amenities needed and functioning too. The view of the mountains and sunset was so relaxing and beautiful! The host Sunny, was fast and responsive to all my inquiries. Also sweet and accommodating. She bought a shower chair for my disabled husband's use when I inquired about it and had it ready even before we got there. Knowing the property is not an ADA accessible, this gesture just proved a great customer service! Kudos, Sunny! 👍👏 Perhaps the only negative experience I can share, is not having an AC downstairs. We were there on the 3rd week of July. The sweltering heat of summer made it, not quite comfortable to sleep for some members of my family who took the downstairs bedrooms. Opening the windows and turning on the fans didn't cut it. Hopefully an AC may be considered in the future. It would make the place perfect 😊 But all in all, we had a great family bonding at the property. Thank you for the experience and great memories. More power to you!!!

Gorgeous home, fabulous host

This house was a perfect place for our family to gather and spend time enjoying the Oakhurst area and Yosemite. The home is lovely and well cared for, and the views are gorgeous. Sunny is an attentive and responsive host, and was a pleasure to work with. Everything we needed was provided at the house, and we had a fantastic family vacation here! Birds nest retreat

This is a beautiful home with almost 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. Plenty of space for a large group. Lots of areas to relax and gather. We had a wonderful time with friends. Sunny was responsive and helpful. Look forward to booking again in the future!

Wonderful property

We had such an amazing time at this property. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There were so many fun things to do here that it kept our teens and kids fully occupied. Plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked too. The views from the home were gorgeous. We had just one minor issue and the owner was quick to help on that. My one suggestion would be to have trash cans in the bedrooms and not just the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful home with incredible views

This property was incredible! I stayed with a group of friends for my birthday and we were blown away at how beautiful the house and surrounding area is. The house is located on top of a beautiful hill with 360 views of the whole canyon, where we could watch both the sunset and sunrise. The area is surrounded by beautiful wildlife, we saw so many turkeys and a family of deer spent the day on our front lawn. The house itself is gorgeous and very clean! It is a short drive to Bass Lake and many hiking trails, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions come up. I would highly recommend this property!
