This was a great property and amenities. We loved the heated pool and screened in porch. We had a few hiccups but property manager was very quick to get everything fixed for us. Only negative thing I would report is the golf cart is old and we didn’t feel was safe. Could only get up to speeds of 15 at the highest.

Property was great . really close to the beach and fishing opportunities. Quiet neighborhood for great relaxing vacation. They welcomed pets so it was great for our dogs . We brought our bikes and it was plenty of biking trails. Great plus was golf cart that you can use it for close drive to the beach.

We had such a wonderful time at this home and can't recommend it enough. The house was spotless and clearly very well-cared for. What truly set this place apart was how well-supplied it was. We didn't have to worry about a thing, with all the gear we needed for the beach and pool, and everything required for a great family barbecue. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. We also wanted to mention how much we appreciated the extra touches-the kind welcome bag and the helpful notebook filled with local tips and recommendations were a pleasant surprise. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved this place!

My husband, mother, two kids and I enjoyed this house! The pool was great and the house was in a great location. My son loved riding in the golf cart with his dad and it was a nice ride to the beach. Great place in OKI!!

Great location , quiet and clean accommodations and the pool out back was perfect and such a nice addition to the property. Great place to kick back and relax for a week with kids and close enough to town for anything you need. Golf cart was awesome to get to and from the beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. Kids loved the bunk beds and the golf cart was nice for exploring. We go to OKI every Christmas and we would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for us as we had family close by so it was nice to hop on the golf cart and go visit.Best rental we have found so far.

Our family had a wonderful time at Ruff Tide. The pool was so refreshing and we spent a lot of our time there. The property manager was very accommodating. The six seater golf cart was not going to be available so he found us another one to rent and then reimbursed us. This was definitely a great place.

We had a wonderful stay for a few days over New Year's and Ruff Tide was everything we hoped it would be. The West End of Oak Island is great as well, it's nice to be in a quiet area.

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house is located in a quiet area of the island. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home. The addition of a golf cart helps with transportation around the island, especially to the beach. We plan to stay again soon, maybe in the warmer weather so we can use the pool!
