I was very disappointed with the pool area! The 45$ a day charge was not worth it we never were able to use the pool! It was full of children constantly and the pool was small, hot tub also in the evening full of kids! Then the bar closed early several days while we were there. They also close the pool area early! They had 4 fireplaces with lovely couches you could enjoy in the evening with friends. But the area closed early so we were asked to leave once again at around 8:30pm. We also tried to eat at the 24/7 restaurant but it was closed several days also. In the early evening.

The beds & pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. It has a nice smoking section out front and also at the pool which has Happy Hour from 4-sunset during the week. They provided free beach towels and one free beach chair(could rent another chair for $15) a day. They cleaned our room everyday and there was a Starbucks near the lobby. The beach was only a block from the hotel is $55 a night and valet only. Really liked this hotel and will be using it in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location a better restaurant that we could eat in every single day and the food was outstanding wonderful gift shop. You got free chairs and towels to take to the beach. It was just unbelievable and located just a block from the ocean and all the shopping you could ever want.

My sunglasses were never returned to me. Resort tax is out of line Great location Sarah at concierge is awesome Rio at valet went above and beyond. Nobody shared we could use boogie boards and sand chairs Overall- something’s were just not aligned with Hilton.

Accommodations was excellent. 33rd floor, quiet end unit, awesome view of the ocean. Usually don’t ask for daily housekeeping as we dont see a need. Room pretty clean but needed a bit more dusting. Telephone was quite dusty.

Our stay was nice. So much to see, shop, and dine in the area. Many things are walking distance. View was beautiful. The room was basically split in two rooms, a door dividing the two. One room with the king bed, tv, desk, balcony, full bathroom. The other room with the pull out couch, tv, 1/2 bath, and balcony. Pretty cool having two balcony's and bathrooms for the suite. There was a microwave, but I wish we had a coffee maker in the room to make things a bit more confinement. House keeping came in everyday to clean, tidy up, and give us new bathroom towels. There's a towel machine on the ground floor to grab pool/beach towels, that was lovely. There's a restaurant in the hotel as well, food was good, plenty to choose from on the menu.
