Staff was rude and dismissive. Door lock didn’t work normally and staff member was off putting when she showed us how to do it—opposite of expectations. Our other room smelled like cat pee when we walked in. The staff member offered another room that was nicer.

The front desk clerk was super friendly and accommodating for our lady minute booking. The room was clean. The pool was too cold to swim and the hot tub was too hot to get into. Breakfast was fresh and a great variety.

There was a family above us with kids that were running around and stomping on the ground til 1:30 in the morning and again at 5 in the morning!! We hardly got any sleep and we want a refund! We were on a motorcycle for 9 hours and were tired and needed sleep and that didn’t happen!!

Don't pretend to offer breakfast and then not seit

Breakfast was out of hot food a full half an hour before it was stated to be done serving. More than one guest asked staff about it and were told that was all the hot food for the day and that they could still eat cold breakfast food. Service was just terrible. Staff absolutely didn't care that people weren't getting breakfast
