The hotel was perfectly located for us to visit the war crimes museum and the old town. There was free parking on the street directly opposite, which was a bonus. The room was great for the price and we could make our own breakfast from the LIDL close by. There are lots of great cafes in the area, which was ethnic but safe. Would stay again.

My pillow had human p.o.o.p. on it. I kept smelling it and wondered what it was. I finally decided to undress the bed and when I got to the pillows, they had feces all over them. I complained and they said they didnโ€™t know where they had extra pillows. Checkout early and requested a refund for the last night and they didnโ€™t refund me and didnโ€™t even reach out to see if they could make it right. This place is gross. Do not stay there.

Great location and friendly stuff!

Great location - only few mins walk from 2 subway stations, only a couple of stations away from old town and most of the attractions. There is a Lidl supermarket right across the street. Love how there is a small kitchen and sitting area in the room. Highly recommended!

Easiest stay in Germany so far. Parking was easy to find and the staff was excellent. Even gave you delicious Lebkuchen, plus 2 free beers and water. The location was amazing for the city center and an easy walk or scooter ride away from anything. I loved out stay. The only down side was the cleanliness, but even then, it wasnโ€™t too bad.

The hotel was a pleasant experience very grateful to be upgraded into a nicer room free of charge. The young lady at Reception was very professional and made our stay memorable. Parking for a fee under hotel was convenient and not too expensive. Will stay again next time Iโ€™m in Nuremberg.
