Bare Bones Pricy Studio With High Service Fees but Tardy Service

The price was high, but oh those service fees and taxes took it over the top! A bad error on our part to accept the contract. This is a complicated area due to security. A gate security code was required, a condo gate security card also required and a door access code to open the unit; however only the door code was provided due to mix ups on arrival. Service at the outset was missing. Anything requiring batteries were low or not functioning, the safe, the door code, the remote. We got to know Toai well and appreciated his help to fix these deficiencies. The studio was very small and not equipped with even salt & pepper; three bowls, plates, etc. Could live with smallness, but bare bones at sky high prices….unacceptable! Would never rent this unit again!!!

Peaceful and Beautiful, but…

I booked this place, obviously I think, for the private pool on the porch. I was severely let down, since I wasn’t able to use it at all during my stay. They hadn’t cleaned or maintained it in quiet a while. I was very disappointed. My plan wasn’t even to leave the unit, but to stay and relax, alone…. BUT, the company did reach out to me, and said they would make sure it wouldn’t happen again for any future guests, and the day i was checking out (of course… haha,) there was a maintenance crew cleaning the pool! But they (the rental management) treated me right and apologized and compensated for the let down. Just a heads up, it isnt all so private, it’s a long pool connecting about 10 condos, and you can see through the fences easily that are on each side of the pool. Overall I’d stay again now that the issues have been fixed!
