The Space:

Soft ocean light drifts across the top-floor terrace as you settle into the rhythm of beachfront living. The sound of waves moves through the open interiors, and each moment draws you toward the sweeping views of the Pacific. From sunrise blues to the warm glow of evening, you stay closely connected to the coast throughout the day.



The space

Positioned on the top floor of an oceanfront building in Nuevo Vallarta, this penthouse offers an expansive setting with bright interiors oriented toward the water. Large openings maintain a natural flow between indoor and outdoor areas, allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze from the living space and the private terrace. Inside, you will find a kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and a living space that opens directly to the terrace. WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a door support longer stays or remote work, and a free washer in the unit adds convenience throughout your time here.



Outdoor living

The private terrace offers panoramic ocean views and space for unwinding between beach outings. It features outdoor dining, outdoor furniture, a hammock, sun loungers, and a private spa-pool. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time by the shore. From this setting, you can transition easily to the beach itself, with private beach access just steps away. Guests also have access to shared outdoor pools and nearby resort facilities.



Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms

Three bedrooms and three beds accommodate groups traveling together, with storage space available. Bathroom essentials are provided, and the property includes two private baths along with the outdoor shower.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen with essential appliances and cooking basics allows you to prepare meals at your own pace. The dining table offers room for shared meals, and a private BBQ grill is available with reservation. A refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other kitchen features support everyday cooking and longer stays.



Amenities and convenience

The property provides beach essentials, bikes, children’s bikes, a kayak, sun loungers, and other items that support relaxed days near the water. Indoor comforts include central air conditioning, portable fans, a TV, family-friendly features such as a paid crib and children’s dinnerware, and home safety features like a carbon monoxide alarm. Luggage dropoff and self check-in with a keypad add ease to arrival and departure, and long term stays are allowed.



Services and important notes

The property is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. Cleaning during the stay is available, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available if needed. Electricity consumption is included based on season and number of rooms and confirmed after booking, with excess usage charged at $5 pesos per additional kilowatt. The nightly rate includes 1-5 guests, with an additional cost of approximately $20 dollars per extra guest per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and pets are not allowed.



Neighborhood

Set in Nuevo Vallarta, the area offers accessible beaches and a warm coastal climate. Construction activity may occur nearby during the day, and small beach insects are common, making repellent useful for outdoor time.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
