We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to Marostica for the chess match and provided a shuttle to and from the event. Fresh breakfast every morning and easy room service was available.

We stayed in the Love Suite and it was beautiful! The giant windows offered breathtaking views, and the room was spacious, with many amenities. The bed perfect and extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless each day, with ample towels and a luxurious bathrobe. The staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful. While the town itself isn’t very interesting, it’s a convenient base for exploring the area, with the bonus of free parking. A couple of small improvements would make the room perfect—adding shampoo and bubble bath to the bathroom and more power sockets near the bed and desk (perhaps a power splitter).

La nostra esperienza a Le Nove Hotel è iniziata con un piccolo inconveniente legato agli spazi, ma la grande disponibilità del personale ha trasformato il soggiorno in un'esperienza assolutamente positiva. Avevamo inizialmente prenotato una camera quadrupla che, per le nostre esigenze di movimento, si è rivelata un po' troppo sacrificata nei passaggi; la disposizione del letto matrimoniale con i due letti singoli in mezzo alla stanza dava infatti l'idea di una camera doppia adattata con letti aggiunti, riducendo la libertà di muoversi agevolmente. Esposta la situazione alla reception, lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente comprensivo e, dopo aver valutato la disponibilità, ci ha proposto un'eccellente soluzione alternativa: due camere doppie separate, che abbiamo accettato molto volentieri e che si sono rivelate davvero confortevoli e ben strutturate.Un aspetto molto particolare riguarda la colazione, che non prevede il classico buffet ma una formula basata sull'ordinazione da effettuare la sera precedente. Si tratta di una concezione diversa dal solito che ha i suoi pro e i suoi contro: il vantaggio è quello di trovare tutto già pronto al tavolo al mattino, con un personale squisito e generosissimo nel portare altro se necessario; l'unico svantaggio è la mancanza di flessibilità nello scegliere sul momento in base all'ispirazione del mattino. Per chi è abituato al buffet tradizionale l'approccio è differente, ma comunque ben organizzato.
