It’s the Ritz! When you walk off the street into the lobby, you are introduced to ambulance and a very pleasant smell of freshly cut flowers. As expected, the staff is amazing! Everyone on staff asks how you day is and if there is anything they do for you. The room was very comfortable, with a small sitting and office area. The bathroom has the closet, a stand alone shower, separate bath, and a water closet. The location of the hotel is awesome for tourist, right in city center. We have a very nice time during our stay.

Had to pinch myself to believe that this hotel belonged to the Ritz-Carlton group. The food quality and choice at the Club was barely at par with a Motel 6. Horrible! The hairdryer in the room was so gross, we had to use tissues to hold it, and the filter in the back was totally clogged with dust. The hotel has no personality, whatsoever. Will never go back!

From start to finish, outstanding. I was only there one night so I didn't get to use some of the facilities but lobby lounge and breakfast were welcoming. Room was top notch.

Customer service a disservice.

All the pretense of a luxury hotel without any. Unapologetically, check in couldn't deliver a king bed request an hour before check in, stating all were gone already. Many angry guest in lobby. Security doesn't exist. Had to call housekeeping twice for robe, only one in a double room? And ice machine broken. An SNL comedy sketch.

More than exceeded my expectations

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, staff, service
I stumbled across quite the deal at the Ritz while planning a short notice trip to Philadelphia. I've never had the opportunity to stay with the Ritz before, but have enjoyed other high end establishments over the years. I must say, my wife and I were truly impressed by the professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Nothing was missed, nothing too small, nothing questioned. I am now a fan and will be staying at other Ritz-Carlton properties in the future. Thank you very much for the best trip in recent memory!
