Your beautiful beach home is part of a tri-plex listing, this listing is the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom located upstairs on the right side of home with private entrance and deck that sleeps 8 in beds.
You may hear or encounter other guests at adjacent listings.

This was not what I expected. The private pool really isn’t private. The owner has a camera, not only on the pool but straight on the hot tub doesn’t have cameras on all the doors and the jet tub in the restroom. Had a lot of black mold on. It really was not what I expected

Couldnt have been better

Check in was easy. House was a very short walk from beach access, and in a great location near 46th St. Having a pool for the kids when we werent at the beach was great. The 3br unit we rented was the perfect size. Wifi was dependable. Though they did have Roku, utube tv, and some other premium channels which worked fine, we used a firestick that worked well on the rainy evenings. There is a gas grill, but also a charcoal grill that we used for hamburgers and hot dogs on the 4th of July. We had a dog and she felt right at home too. All in all we gad a great trip. Joe and Lisa could not gave been more hospitable. I would definitely sray with them again.

Amazing location

House and pool are really nice but the three minute walk to the beach was the biggest thing for my five and eleven yr old. I cant thank lisa and joe enough for everything, they are incredibly nice and always there if you need anything. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome vacation house

Joe and lisa are wonderful people. Our week with our child and her friends for a graduation vacation was a great time. Very clean place. The pool and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day at the beach. Were from Pennsylvania and forgot some stuff and it was provided with the unit. Very convenient. Vacation 2024

We just returned from a week's stay. My husband and I and 4 children ages 21, 25, 14, 9. Everything we needed was there and a short walk to the beach. We had an small issue with one of the bathroom sinks, but after contacting them they came right out and fixed it. It was a great week!

If you like to stay with roaches this is the place for you

After finding roaches they acted like I was crazy and made up false claims. Then after leaving and not staying. they kept most of my money I still got charged for the pet fee charged for heating the pool and got charged for 3 nights when we left after 1 night bc of bugs! worst experience ever

October in the sun

The owners were so sweet and accommodating. My daughter had a seizure while we were there and they checked on her and were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and loved that the beach was so close. We were also close to the outlets, restaurants, and other shopping.

The Stanley's- Peaceful Location and great unit.

Our stay was absolutely peaceful and perfect. This tri-plex home accommodates three separate housing units, two units upstairs and one downstairs. All neighbors during our stay were respectful and pleasant. This location contains a private pool for those staying at this location. The water was sparkling clean and clear and we enjoyed listening to the little waterfall built in the pools platform. The house was beautiful. The pictures do not do justice to describe this unit. We got the pleasure of meeting Lisa :) by the way Max enjoyed his treats. Beach access roughly 2 blocks/streets away, well within walking distance and enjoyed cooking out on the grill. The neighborhood was quiet and the nearby Fireworks were an unexpected treat.We really look forward to future stays. Keep up the great work.

Great place to stay!

Lisa and Joe saved the day (and our trip) when our original rental didn’t work out. They had great communication and were some of the most wonderful property owners I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that they care about their property and take pride in it was evident. The house is in a great location- just a short walk from the beach. The fact that I could see the ocean from our private deck just made it better! The new pool they put in was a huge hit with our family. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and for opening their home to us.

Quick Jaunt to Great Beach Getaway!!

Such a beautiful home, location, and best hosts ever! Joe and Lisa are so kind and caring, we hope to stay in touch with them and visit again. Their home is about 2 blocks from beach access, we can see and smell the ocean from the deck. It is located in a laid-back neighborhood with no traffic pressure and very dog friendly. Tons of great restaurants within a short drive. A short drive to Myrtle Beach and all that action is easy. Can't wait to return!!
