The home was wonderful! Everything was very clean and included everything you would need for a week long stay. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and all appliances worked perfectly. We were missing a car pass and there was a ladder on the back deck when we arrived so we had to reach out 2x and Carolina Palms responded with in 5 minutes and the minor issues were revolved within the hour. They were supper nice and responsive.

Place was clean and in an awesome spot for all the things we wanted to do. Only small complaint was the moldy, old smell when we first walked in and the Internet was down, so no TV for the entire weekend. Overall loved it and will be a repeat customer.

This unit is ok and served it's purpose for our golf outing. The pros: the location, the beach, and ease of check in. The cons: the internet did not work so therefore the tv did not work, there is some mold, some of the guys woke up with bites/rashes.Overall, it was fine but nothing great.

Family Vacation

I loved the place we stayed! It was very nice and clean! Kitchen had everything that you would need to cook! The bedroom was roomy and very clean along with the bathrooms! I would highly recommend anyone to stay! We had 4 adults and 3 children! It was quiet and cozy!

Very clean and very close to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, but just be aware that you will need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. This was mentioned in the details, but just in case you missed it as many places proved these things. Not a big deal at all, just good to know!

Low key Bachelorette party

We stay here for one night of celebrating the bride to be! We enjoyed a day at the beach and then came in for the night. The host was amazing and was quick to respond to any questions I had!

Overall a good stay

The battery in the smoke detector was dead so it beeped a lot. The people on the other floors were stomping and loud but they can’t really help that. Overall was very clean and cute inside. The second shower head in the master bathroom didn’t work but it was overall a good trip.

Family Vacation

The location and condo was as described. We loved that it wasn't a busy area, still close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The boardwalk to the beach is right beside the condo, with small kids you have a lot things to drag to the beach. The only complaint I have is the floor wasn't clean when we arrived. We would stay at this location again. We had a great family trip, the grandkids loved the beach.

good

the only reason for giving a 4 star is in one of the bathrooms the tub spout was broke i advised the management they sent a repair man the next day .. he was not very nice about it even rude he looked at it and said he could not fix it till we were gone so me and my 4 sisters had to share one bathroom

The location was great! Good parking. Fairly clean but did find a peanut and a pencil underneath my bed. Biggest problem was poorly supplied they gave us ONE roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms!!! No dish soap/ bathroom soap or laundry soap and one kitchen garbage bag. No bathroom garbage bag ect. They need to let people know if they are going to do this we immediately had to run to the store.

Loved the stay, but privacy is essential!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, which was impeccably clean and ideally situated to meet the needs of our family of six. Our decision to select this location was driven by our desire to avoid the bustling atmosphere of Myrtle Beach, seeking instead a more tranquil setting that still offered privacy, especially important when traveling with an infant (under age 2). However, we were somewhat taken aback by an unexpected phone call from a maintenance staff member while we were out exploring the area. The call was regarding a fluorescent light bulb in the kitchen that supposedly needed replacing, a concern we hadn't reported ourselves nor had we been informed about the possibility of such calls beforehand. Despite our reassurance that we hadn't noticed any issues with the lights during our stay, and our commitment to check upon our return, it seemed the maintenance personnel had already accessed the property in our absence. We believe that unless there are specific issues reported by current guests, the period between guest stays (10am-4pm even if there is same day turn over), particularly given the property's policy of disallowing early check-ins or late check-outs, should be dedicated solely to cleaning and addressing maintenance requests.

Good location. Needs major attention from owners and cleaning company!

This condo is in a good loccation near Main St. in NMB. We have stayed here before but this time was disappointing. The condo was not clean and the subfloors are warped creating an uneven floor throughout the unit. The floors and rugs still had lots of sand from previous renter, red wine had been spilled on the deck furniture and not wiped, the beds did not have any bed bug covers just cheap mattress covers, the linens did not fit the beds, cabinets, outside of refrigerator and dishwasher had not been wiped. The funiture needed a good cleaning. The renters above this unit was either moving furniture during our entire stay or they were very heavy. Every time they moved it rumbled like thunder. The parking is awful and golf carts are not allowed. There are 6 condos in this building and only 9 parking spaces available. Not enough for two vehicles per unit. It is difficult to park when most of the spaces are full. We complained to management who responded immediately with a cleaning crew but there is only so much they can correct while we are there. We do not plan to stay at this condo next year.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was super convenient and gave us the quiet we needed since we preferred to be further away from the boardwalk. The boardwalk was not a bad drive though and we enjoyed going to family friendly places around the area like Barefoot Landing, which is only 10 mins away to drive. We recommend this property!

Ideal

Condo was modern and cleanest I have rented in the past 8 years I have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach. Ice maker was not working and Tammy (service manager) had it repaired in one day. Only drawback was no view of beach from the deck. Condo was excellent and made the vacation that much more enjoyable.

Great place great location

The condo is beautiful, has everything you need, great location!! Our only problem was that for 2 of the 4 weeks were there, there was construction going on in the building next door. It made it difficult to get to the beach because of the ladders and tools and it was so noisy we could not sit on the beautiful balcony. We were on the first floor so it was terrible. We would definitely recommend it, it’s a great property!!

Nicely decorated and very well equipped

This condo is located only a few blocks from Main St. In N. Myrtle Beach. It appears to have been recently remodeled. It is clean, has great wifi and streaming services and ia very well equipped . It is oceanfront, however, it is on the first floor and the only view is of the dunes. You cannot see the beach or the ocean. So if you love a view of the ocean this is not the condo but if you prefer a great location near everything in N. Myrtle Beach this condo is a great choice. I would stay again.
