The rooms was clean but it was a little dusty in some areas, I also had a leaking toilet ,and a washing machine that didn't work but the staff substituted another one to use in another unit, the glass tables and glass doors wasn't wiped down clean and I didn't have any toilet paper nor paper towels to start out with,and the room had a old odor to it , until I kept using room spray, but I loved the luxury rooms most of all.

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group and the view of the ocean was amazing. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location!

The resort and room are amazing. The check-in process is offsite at an agency, but it was ok. I emailed about a late checkout but never heard back. Checkout is at 10am. You definitely need to bring toiletries. They provide 1 little bar of soap that isn’t good enough to call a starter. They do need to keep their ovens more clean. I went to use it and the smoke alarms all went off for a time. Overall I recommend this location. It was great for my family and we have 6 kids.

The condo was as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. Our view from the 18th floor was fabulous! The pool, hot tub, lazy river were the best. Everything you would ever want at the beach. The only problem we had was every time we turned on the oven all of the smoke detectors went off. This issue was never resolved, so before renting this unit, check and see if this was fixed.

Beautiful Condo

1st of all the condo isn't on the 16th floor as advertised. It's on the 18th floor. Secondly, having to go to a different location to check in/out is not ok. I have rented many times from VRBO and we go straight to the condo/house. The condo is very nice and I would recommend it other than the check in process.

Nothing But Good to Say

This was our 2023 girls trip and it was the best ever. The unit was excellent. It was updated, clean, with all essential needed. The beach was close and the pool were amazing. Each morning we watch the staff disinfect all the lawn chair and clean the pool area. The maintenance staff was outstanding. They responded to my text message promptly. I would highly recommend.
