Staff was great! Room was clean and up to date. Awesome view of the beach. Hot tubs and pools very maintained and clean. Very pleased and so glad we found this place. We will be back!

Room amenities was great. Loved all the pool options and beach access. Great ocean views. We only ate at 1 of the restaurants. It was ok. Not bad but it worked for what we needed.

Spacious spot, right on the ocean!

The onsite dining had plenty of variety. We really appreciated the pool side grill. The ice cream shop serving Hershey's ice cream with also a plus. It's a large resort so the amenities and beach area were crowded as expected in the summer.

Great Oceanfront View

The view was perfect from the balcony. You can see the sunrise each morning. Condo was just as expected from online pictures. Check in was easy. This resort has a lot to offer including an ice cream shop, multiple pools/hot tubs, beach bar, and fitness center. We loved our stay and would book here again.

Very unkept

Trash overun at the pool constantly. No fresh towels or any daily room cleanings. No blankets, ran out of toilet paper and trash bags. Dryer would not work. No continental breakfast. Could stay somewhere for the same price and have all those services. Will not go back.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient!

This unit was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in NMB! Not a hair or grain of sand anywhere!!. STAINFREE sheets and towels! There are plenty of places that are ocean front here but this unit had it all....great view, large balcony, clean, comfortable, well equipped and newer appliances. We were even furnished a brand new coffee pot when we reported ours was not working well. The only inconvenience is the parking. If only you could access the parking garage from inside your building it would be 100% perfect! Even at that though, with all the amenities available, fast elevators, and decent food, it's still a 99.9! We will definitely be back!!

Great view of the ocean from the balcony! Beds were moderately comfortable. The sofa bed is what it is and really only meant for the weight of a little kid bodies. The unit is small, but sufficient for a few days. The stove and refrigerator could use an update cosmetically speaking, but they are clean and functional. The restaurant and ice cream shop in the middle tower were convenient, not crowed and reasonably priced. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating with any questions/concerns. The parking deck was not a strenuous walk to get to. However if someone had some health concerns or mobility issues it could be a problem. Some days the grandparents were up for the walk and sometimes we dropped them at the door and then went to park. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this unit.

Amazing Place!

Unit was extremely clean, had everything we needed. Exterior of fridge has rust (probably from the salt in the air) but works perfectly. Living area is a little cramped because of the size and the extra furniture. Awesome views of the beach. Plenty of pools to choose from, plenty of lounge chairs, staff is very friendly, and security patrolling at all times Over all, we had a AMAZING trip and will book again and recommend for anyone looking.

Beautiful view!

The ocean view from this property is amazing. The parking garage is sketchy. I wouldn’t use it after park. The condo had most of what we needed in the kitchen. It could use a pizza cutter and spatula. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. We thought the accommodations were so nice and then we walked into the kitchen and saw the rusty refrigerator and we were disappointed.

Overall good

Location was great. Condo was nice. A couple of our “clean” towels had hairs on them. Our main complaint is the noise. People partied into the wee hours of the morning on sat and Sun evenings which caused little sleep for us. Loud music etc. Definetly not a place that enforces noise after a certain time. Overall it was a good condo; affordable and a good location.

Jones Family Getaway

Property wS cleaner than most although I do my own 'once-over' and bring my own linens/cleaning supplies, etc. The only issue was during inspection of the master bed linens an old dark brown bra was entangled in the top sheet which creeper me out and was immediately discarded. It only increased my spraying of lysol and microban leading me to remove everything wash and replace the bedding for satisfaction and comfort. Overall the family enjoyed the space views and convenience of location.

Only issue we has was with one keypad lock and an entry door that required a good bit of persuasion to open. Room was clean, adequately stocked although we ate our meals out. We had a dog and there was adequate areas along with bags to clean up after him. Staff responded quickly when we had issues with a tv. Due to time of year and number of people on premises it would have been nice to have the volume on speakers turned down at the pool area.

Had wonderful stay. Nice clean apartment fabulous views alot of activity! Dog friendly and my pups enjoyed themselves too. Helpful people at the desk as well! Will be back !
