Excellent condo in North Conway

Clean and modern condo down the street form cranmore and North Conway. Lots of space and big kitchen. Comfortable beds and good amount of spacious restrooms/showers for larger group. Gorgeous kitchen space. Loved the hot tub too

Gorgeous house and location!

This house is perfect for a larger family or a perfect house to split with 2 families. The house was very clean and had all the amenities including a hot tub and game room to keep everyone occupied after a day at the slopes. This poperty is steps away from Cranmore and a short drive to Attitash and Wild Cat. We will definitely stay again!!

Great location for skiing

Great spot for skiing at Cranmore. Two minute walk to the mountain. The place was extremely clean - huge plus! Great mattresses and linens. Will definitely book here again. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher was broken when we arrived. We ate out most meals so it didn't really matter. Five out of Five Stars!!

Perfect Girls Weekend

I booked this house for a weekend away my girlfriends. The house was immaculate when we walked in and looked just like the pictures! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchenware. The check in/out process was a breeze, as were the instructions left for us. It’s in walking distance to cranmore and only a 15 minute drive to nesselnook where they have ice skating, attitash and more. My only complaint would be, I wish there were comfy blankets to curl up on the couch with after a long day of skiing—the extra bedding/towels was definitely limited. Other than that, I would 1000% book this house again! We all had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year

Excellent condo! Very clean and all you’d need for a family or a group of friends.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms you’d need for a large family or a group of friends. Lots of space for all. Well laid out. The game room was a plus as was the hot tub. Solid location just minutes from downtown, yet quiet and secluded.

Great weekend

We just stayed the weekend on this property and we loved this house! My mother who is hard to impress with cleanliness commented on how clean it was. The kids enjoyed the game room in the garage and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 2 sets of washers and dryers and also 2 refrigerators. We were right down the street from Cranmore which was a nice surprise. Definitely would stay here again, next time for the week!

Great spot for a group!

New and clean condition Awesome location to town, the mountain and easy drive to attractions Beds and linens were super comfortable! Hot tub was nice! A few more towels would have been nice but we made it work. Bring your own beach towels for daytime use. Really nice to have the extra refrigerator!! Thanks for the great stay. We would love to come back.

Beautifully appointed home with room for your own or multiple families. Love that every bedroom has its own bathroom! Ideal location to the village and all attractions. Amazing house in an amazing location

We’ve been coming to North Conway just about every summer for the last decade and this house was by far the best rental we have ever had. 15 minute walk to downtown with gorgeous Mountain View’s!

Excellent property!

We rented for Easter weekend - 2 couples and 4 kids (17-20). It was a fantastic spot for our crew. The house is super clean, very comfortable and has a fully stocked kitchen! The layout of the home worked great for our family and I imagine it would for a large group of friends, as well. It is a bit loud (because it is open concept and has cathedral ceilings) so maybe not totally ideal if coming with littles. Totally perfect with teens though. Hot tub had an amazing view of the night sky. Highly recommend an evening soak. Could use a smidge less chlorine. The only cons - if I am being super picky cause the place truly is awesome - they should supply a few more towels. There weren't enough to have separate shower and hot tub towels which was a minor bummer. Also, the house was quite cold when we arrived. Perhaps no one had stayed in it recently but it was too chilly for us (and we live in an old and cold home so we really aren't that wimpy). A warmer comforter on the beds would have been nice, too. None of the cons would keep us from coming back just thought they were worth the mention. Lovely home and location! Great communication from house manager! Highly recommend.

A few major issues created a non family friendly environment

The condo it self is in a great location for skiing and is also a quick drive for takeout from many restaurants. I love that there are so many king sized beds for couples. The kitchen was well stocked with a few nice surprises including a crock pot, waffle maker and blender. The first issue that occurred was the number provided did not open the lock box. This was suppose to provide the key for the front door and code for the garage key pad. Multiple of us tried and were unable to open the box with the code provided. Fortunately the house keepers stopped by to drop off a bottle of maple syrup shortly after we arrived and gave us the code for the garage key pad. The next morning we found the coffee pot was not working correctly. It appeared that a replacement carafe was purchased and was not the correct size. Coffee would not flow into the pot and ended up over flowing. The seal around the hot plate was also broken. Fortunately there is also a Keurig so for the remainder of the trip we used K cups. The major issue we ran into was the overwhelming smell of marijuana upon entering the garage and continuing throughout the house. A few windows were left open in the home, clearly to help with the odor, which left the condo frigid with single digit temperatures outside. We also found a pile of ash on top of one of the coat racks in the garage. The smell lingered the entire stay and remained overwhelming in the garage. We didn’t even feel comfortable leaving our things in the garage due to the smell and were unable to use the game room amenities in the garage. This was especially concerning as we had two toddlers with us. Vacasa was notified first thing the next morning of all issues. I did receive an email that day apologizing for the inconveniences and that the local team had been notified but no one came to evaluate the situation during our stay. The coffee pot is a minor inconvenience and fortunately the housekeepers showed up when they did, but the smell of marijuana in a rental property is absolutely unacceptable, especially when the listing specifically states no smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. I have emailed Vacasa again and am awaiting a response in how they plan to resolve the issue. If I were you, pick a different unit in the same complex. They are beautiful and in a great location but this one seems to be poorly managed and is not family friendly.

Great Location!

The condo was extremely clean, large enough for a big group and has a stocked kitchen with plenty of cups, plates, utensils, etc. We loved the hot tub and close proximity to hikes and town. Look forward to staying there again!
