The Space:

Start your day with a stroll on the peaceful and private beaches of the Chesapeake Bay. No need to bring beach chairs or towels we provide those for you. This one bedroom home has a stocked kitchen with all of the amenities needed for cooking a meal in. Our coffee maker is a single serve K cup coffee maker and we provide coffee pods to get you started. The home features an all in one washer dryer for small loads of laundry. Soap and Suds is conveniently located next door for larger loads as well. The living room has a 50" smart TV, we provide Netflix for premium movies and Hulu Live for cable television. The living room table conveniently pops up into a desk as well for those work form home evenings.



The bedroom has a queen bed and is outfitted in the Sojourn standard, uber soft bed sheets, down feather comforter, one set of feather pillows and one set of gel pillows for an incredible nights sleep. There are blackout curtains, a dresser for storage, a large closet with ample hanging space and a 32" TV also equipped with complimentary Netflix and Hulu. Enjoy a freshly renovated bathroom with a walk in tile shower and Lather bath products.



Beach chairs and towels are provided. A pack and play or high chair are available upon request for a $25 rental fee. The home is cooled and heated by a dual window heat and ac unit as well as electric base board heat. A window unit for the bedroom is available by request. We find these homes stay incredibly cool as the building is a solid concrete building.



Guest Access:

A code will be set for you and shared 8 hours before your arrival if you have completed our Truvi identification process.

The Neighborhood:

Willoughby Spit and East Ocean View are great neighborhoods to check out on foot or bike with water on both sides! Our side contains over 7 miles of uncrowded and awesome beaches with small waves right on the Chesapeake Bay.



Getting Around:

Anchor Breeze is located in the lovely East Beach neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia The Beach is just steps away in any direction! You may decide to take a nice walk on the beach, or ride your bike in this friendly and relaxed neighborhood. After your day at the Beach visit Cova Brewery and enjoy food trucks and a great outdoor space for drinks or coffee. East Beach is ideal to get away from the crowds of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and relax in the sun and sand.

Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
