Washer and Dryer are included. 4K TV in living room and Master Bedroom. 3 Bed, 1.5 Bath. Keurig coffee machine and coffee, utensils, toaster, waffle maker, and all the cooking pots and pens provided. Master bedroom has Tempur-Pedic bed, super comfortable. Other two bedrooms furnished with Queen beds.

What do you get? 2 car driveway space, fully furnished living room with sofa, chairs, brand new 55 inch Samsung 4K TV, electrical fire place. Full size computer work desk. Dining room with dining table and chairs. Bar area with bar stools, fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. Stainless steel Mikasa silverware set, all the essentials for the kitchen, including a gourmet cooking set. Cups to drink coffee or water. We have a Keurig coffee maker with coffee. Plates, mixing bowls, Instant Pot, Air Fryer, etc.

Huge Master bedroom with a Samsung 4K TV, King Tempur-Pedic Bed, super comfortable, night stands, lamp with shades, and an attached bathroom.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 has Queen beds setup with comfortable mattress and pillows.

All utilities are included. WiFi, electricity, gas, water, trash pickup on Fridays.
