Schönes Ferienhaus

Eine Doppelhaushälfte - mehr als ein Ferienhaus! Viel Platz, alles helle Räume. Garten mit Terasse. Stellplatz für Kfz. Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar. Lage in Inselmitte.

Sauberkeit der Küche eine Katastrophe

Bei Saisonstart geht man von einem perfekten Objektzustand aus. Das ungereinigtes Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe in der Küche waren ist und noch nie passiert. Dazu hinter dem Kochfeld Fettreste, auf den Küchenschränken Staub von Jahren. Die Matratzenschoner waren fleckig und sahen benutzt(Haare)aus, dazu das die Befestigungen teilweise abgerissen waren. Das dazu die Heizung auf Sparbetrieb gestellt war hat das Gesamtbild abgerundet. Die Lage war top, ruhige Nachbarschaft.
