Cozy vacation apartment, right on the beach

Our well-kept apartment 102 in the Kaiserhof on Norderney is the ideal basis for a wonderful holiday on Norderney for up to 4 people in two rooms. The apartment is in the first row directly on the beach and still very close to the pedestrian zone. It is comfortably furnished in a light country style and offers a comfortable seating and a dining table with four chairs. In May 2017, a modern kitchen with a stove, dishwasher and oven / microwave was installed. The bathroom was also modernized. In the house I have a swimming pool (free of charge) and a sauna (for a fee). Internet via WiFi is also available free of charge.

Nette Auszeit auf Norderney

Wir hatten mal wieder eine schöne Zeit auf Norderney. Die Fereinwohnung hat dazu beigetragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon wenn auch das Schwimmbad wieder nutzbar ist. Die Lage ist top. Man erreicht alles fußläufig. Der Eigentümer hat uns bei einem kleinen Problem super schnell und toll geholfen. Das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt.

Eine nette kleine Wohnung direkt am Meer. Alles was man als Familie benötigt war vorhanden. Kommunikation war super. Leider ist der Pool und die Sauna nicht nutzbar und die Wohnung im EG. Sonst alles top.

Super Unterkunft ! Sehr gute Lage.

Wir waren die ersten Gäste nach der coronabedingten Schließung. Es war alles sehr sauber und super schön und modern! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat wirklich sehr gut geklappt! Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Sehr gute Lage an der Promenade! Sehr gerne wieder!

WiR waren erstes mal auf Norderney. Klar die Insel auch im Winter ,für uns super schön. Dazu kam die Wohnung, wirklich Klasse. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Gemütlich man kann wirklich nicht negatives sagen. Wir werden wieder kommen. Wer zwischen Weihnachten und Sylvester noch nicht da war, sollte das mal machen. Echt Klasse.

Ideal für 2 Personen, für 4 Personen zu eng

Die Wohnung war an sich gut. Da wir zu viert waren (2 Erw, 2 Kdr) mussten wir die Couch im Wohnzimmer rausziehen, um sie als Doppelbett zu benutzen, dadurch wurde leider der Raum im Wohnzimmer sehr klein und eng. Dadurch, dass wir gutes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns nicht so viel zu Hause aufgehalten, aber sonst wäre das ein Problem gewesen. Wenn man allerdings die Wohnung nur für 2 Personen nimmt, ist sie sehr gut. Wir haben ein paar mal auch das Schwimmbad benutzt. Es handelt sich um ein Schwimmbad für Erwachsene, dh Kinder können dort nicht im Wasser stehen (sollten also schon gut schwimmen können, oder Schwimmflügel mitbringen). Der Strand ist sehr nah, allerdings der Badestrand etwa 1 km weg. Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Direkt vor der Haustür kann man den schönen Sonnenuntergang betrachten. .
