They were not accommodating at all, the airline changed our flights - I called the resort to get them to adjust our dates, they refused said it was against policy - so I thought well our next flight will allow us to at least check in early since our flight arrived earlier the next day- we arrived at 1 pm - our room was not ready until after 4:30pm when check in was supposed to be at 4, and we had already paid for the previous night! They simply did not care ! Extremely disappointing!! And they tried to charge taxes fees and deposit twice

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the amenities are great, a wide selection for a delicious breakfast, and best of all was the fantastic staff. Make sure to visit the lounge area to see Miguel (he is amazing) and it is a great place to meet and mingle with other guests

Most of the staff were extremely rude and non-accommodating. They consistently tried to sneak in fees and charges that were previously paid for or double charging for items in the hopes you wouldn’t check your bill at the end.
