This was our first time staying in Aruba and was very pleased with this condo and especially all of it's accommodations, cleanliness of condo and entire property, walking distance to both Eagle and Palm beach. Would definately look at stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Azure Residence. The pool area was nice. The property was easy walking distance to Palm Beach area. The people working in the guard gate were especially helpful and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the gentleman was alway pleasant to greet me on my morning walk or to help with a question. One of the ladies that worked in the evening was even kind enough to help us during our stay with the TV in our room so we’re able to watch the Pats WIN!

Perfect in Every Way

The condo was crystal clean and had a lovely view just like the one they advertise.. The kitchen had the best and most pots and pans I’ve ever found in a rental, plus a drawer fill with every kitchen tool imaginable. The pools and surrounding areas were also clean and welcoming.Nadia, at the front desk was a great help with taxis and reservations: The weather was accommodating, although very windy. Would definitely stay there again!

Elevator entrances unsafe

When first going to our room, my wife tripped going into the elevator, hitting her forehead and nose on the railing (blood all over!). We immediately went to the Emergency Room, and the MRI was negative for any brain cavity bleeding (which can be fatal), but she still had a broken nose (and had black and blue face for over two weeks). We still need to see an ENT surgeon back in the US about her broken nose yet. I emailed the management, they said they didn't think there was any problem with the elevator entrance and there were no reported complaints. They didn't want to cover emergency room bill. I found out from architects that the threshold entrance into the elevator was more than 2 times the maximum allowed by the International Building Code. Over the first 2 days, I saw 4 people stumble getting into that elevator, and a guard said he caught a young girl from falling there too. There were 4 other elevators with threshold entrance rise levels above the building code. The security guard was very helpful.When we got back from the Emergency Room, we were very hungry (having traveled since 3am that day). We got to the restaurant a few minutes prior to closing. The restaurant hostess tried several times, but the kitchen said they started shutting down and would not make anything for us. We could not get a taxi to go anywhere, again the restaurant hostess was very nice, but no taxis available. We went to our room to eat leftover airplane crackers and snacks.

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. The grounds were kept immaculate, the pool area clean & tranquil and the security (especially Raymond) was very friendly. A few suggestions/critique is to provide more towels & specifically more wash cloths. We were given 2 wash cloths for 4 people. The TV in the main room needs cable so we could all watch sports together. The couch was too big & blocked the entrance to the balcony unless you accessed through the bedroom. We had to wash glasses as they still had previous drink residue in them before we could use them. The microwave had a lot of bacon grease still on the turntable that we had to wash.Thank you again,Michelle

Overall experience was great! But there was no grill we could use. The kitchen cabinets was cluttered, no cabinet that we could as a pantry to store groceries. No baking sheets to roast vegetables or cook biscuits.

Good option

This is a good option to hotels in Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. It’s located between both with easy access in either direction. Quiet in the evenings. Our unit was well equipped and modern. Felt safe at all times.

People are frequently getting locked out

Received several text messages asking if we wanted to come early or check out a day later. We agreed and paid for the room to stay an extra night but never sent the codes. When we arrived after hours, discovered that there is absolutely __nobody__ available to confirm a reservation. Every property needs a 24/7 reservation manager. If you stay , don't be surprised if you find yourself on Aruba without a place to stay. Good luck.

Surprise 60th

Just as advertised, perfect way to spend a 60th birthday and ring in the New Year. Watched fireworks from the breezeway and needed a chair for as long as the fireworks lasted. Staff was always pleasant and friendly

Beautiful condo but wasn’t cleaned so well

The condo itself is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. The only downside was that the cleaning crew did a poor job cleaning the place. I found snack crumbs and a ring that was on the master bedroom rug that appeared very dusty. Also the floor wasn’t moped and was sandy. We asked management to remove the rugs which they did. They said they would send the cleaning people the following morning but no one showed up so I let it go. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Azure!

Nice property

Nice Property, convenient location. The water in the shower did not stay hot very long. The shower and sink drains did not drain quickly, held quite a bit of water. The dryer in the unit did not dry clothes completely.

Great condo, great vacation!

The condo was great, clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week, beautiful pool, nice restaurant in the complex, they held our luggage after checking out, just a few blocks to the best beaches!
