Green Leaf had an amazing staff. Everyone was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and nice.

Wonderful outdoor onsen, fantastic staff, breakfast buffet caters for everyone with wide selection of hot and cold foods from many nations, ski locker room conveniently opens onto the slopes, true ski-in/ski-out, fun to catch gondolas down to restaurants at Niseko Village (and back up again after dinner). Quieter end of town which suited us. NV shuttle bus is free and regularly does its route from right outside the door of Greenleaf to each of the other 3 Niseko resorts, so you can travel between them easily (eg if you want to go out partying in Hirafu, or if the lifts connecting the resorts are closed due to weather). Go to Hirafu for shopping.

Overall stay was decent and the staffs were great. Only negative was the cleanliness of the hot spring (onsen). We found poo inside the male onsen and provided the feedback to the hotel. They declined to do Anything about it. We saw the poo inside many days. Insisted that they will only clean the hot springs after the season. This is bad hygiene.

This property is very old. At time of my stay the outdoor Onsen was closed, the indoor Onsen water too hot. I don’t see other hotel guests use the Onsen, I took a quick dip then went back my room because can’t stay in the water for long. Normally I’m the one complaining the water isn’t hot enough, but this way is way hotter than 105F degrees. They only provide you one room key, it’s very inconvenient if you staying with partner or family, You have to leave your key at the key locker at the front desk, if you want to share the key with other.

This is just perfect!!! Has it own perfect beginner slopes and the set up with the rental and lockers is 5m from the chairlifts !! Food is ok with a couple of really good highlights including some amazing sashimi scallops...on the dinner buffet

For ski enthusiasts, The Green Leaf is conveniently located next to the Niseko Village ski slopes, allowing direct access to the ski area. Guests can easily hit the slopes without needing additional transportation.

Only negative was airport transfer bus does not unload and load at hotel entrance. Not far to walk but difficult with snow on the ground and carrying ski bags .

Better options at the village.

Location was great. Hotel is a little dated. Bad design on the bedside cabinet drawer handles combine with a broken drawer slide resulted in my partner injuring her hand and thus limited her hand movements and allowing her to snowboard comfortabaly.
