Mooie woning met enkele gebreken
Mooie woning en prima omgeving. Enkele min puntjes, als wijn liefhebbers waren er geen wijnglazen aanwezig, verhuur woning 10 personen maar 8 ligzetels aanwezig. Geen info ivm borg, aanwezigheid van bedlinnen en de eindschoonmaak. Maar wel een super verblijf gehad.

Le séjour a malheureusement été décevant.
Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und im Haus war es trotz der 40 Grad dank der Ventilatoren, die wir mitgebracht hatten, angenehm kühl. Wir waren eine Gruppe von acht Personen und konnten unseren Urlaub im Haus von Frau Azouza nicht genießen. Sie war sehr unfreundlich und respektlos zu uns. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, sprach die Vermieterin nur Französisch. Obwohl wir uns sehr bemühten, mit ihr in ihrer Sprache zu kommunizieren, nahm sie keine Rücksicht auf uns und sprach sehr schnell. Das hausinventar war spärlich und teilweise schon beschädigt. trotzdem wollte sie uns im nachhinein für Dinge bezahlen lassen, die wir nicht kaputt gemacht hatten. z.B. Gläser, die man bei einer großen Fast-Food-Kette kostenlos bekommt. es gab einen Vorfall, bei dem der Sonnenschirm herunterfiel, weil er nur provisorisch mit ein paar Steinplatten beschwert war. Die Besitzerin behauptete, es sei unsere Schuld und wir hätten den sonnenschirm nachts offen gelassen. das stimmte nicht, der sonnenschirm war offen, als kaum Wind wehte, dann kam unerwartet eine Windböe und der sonnenschirm fiel um und verletzte sogar jemanden am Fuß durch die Steinplatten, die durch die Luft flogen. Sie verschwieg uns, dass ein Student (der glücklicherweise sehr nett war) im selben Gebäude wohnte und dass sie auch ab und zu dort wohnte. Als wir ankamen, gab es eine lange Liste mit etwa 15 Dingen, auf die wir achten mussten, und eine noch längere Liste mit dem gesamten Inventar (wirklich jede Gabel, jedes Glas). Es gab keine Bettwäsche, die Mülleimer waren viel zu klein für den Abfall von acht Personen plus den Abfall des Studenten und ihr. Die Außendusche war beschädigt und die gesamte Anlage sowie der Pool sind in keiner Weise kinderfreundlich, wie sie in der Anzeige schreibt. Das Haus ist voll mit privaten Gegenständen und Schränken, die nicht geöffnet werden dürfen. Insgesamt macht sie einen unprofessionellen Eindruck und vermittelt kein gutes Gefühl.

PROPRIETE GRANDE ET FONCTIONNELLE AVEC BELLE PISCINE
Cette location est très bien située. La piscine et sa terrasse sont exceptionnelles. Les cinq chambres nous ont ravis pour nous dix. Seuls inconvénients, il y avait des verres à vin et coupes de champagne dans une armoire mais il nous a été impossible et interdit de s'en servir (c'est dommage car nous sommes un groupe d'épicuriens avec des cuisiniers et sommelier) . Nous avons eu un locataire dans une chambre, heureusement indépendante, pendant notre séjour ce qui fait que nous n'avons eu qu'un BIP pour le portail. Sinon l'agencement de cette maison est idéale. Sa situation est proche de tous commerces et proche du centre de Nîmes.

Beau séjour à Nîmes
Nous avons passé une belle quinzaine chez Azouza Laanès, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et une coupe de fruits de saison, la maison est bien placée, au calme, dans la garrigue, et centrée entre les terres et la mer. Nous conseillons fortement.
