Ausgezeichneter, einfacher Ort zum Übernachten während eines Wintersporturlaubs

Alle grundlegenden Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe nützlicher Annehmlichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Pizzeria). Leider war die Dachterrasse bei unserem Besuch nicht zugänglich.

We had a great stay in the apartment, 5-10 minutes outside Kaprun, the apartment was great with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and three WC,There is as well a supermarket in the village and restaurant.

Perfekt

Super ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Die Lage ist topp. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Badesee alles um die Ecke. Man kann auch mit Bus und Bahn vieles erkunden. Wir hatten tolle Skitage in Zell am See und Kaprun. Nur die Terrasse war abgebaut. Da hätten wir uns im Vorfeld eine Information gewünscht. Wir konnten somit nachmittags nicht in der Sonne sitzen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich wohl gefühlt. In der Garage standen unsere Räder sowie unser Hundeanhänger sicher und trocken. Man fand direkt gegenüber immer einen sehr nahen Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos, schnell und korrekt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Schöne Tage verbracht

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Bei 6 Personen kann es ein bischen eng in der Küche werden. Ein Pluspunkt sind die 3 Badezimmer und die große Terasse.

Hammer Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Eine sehr geräumige , Super ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Balkon, Küche, Wohnzimmer, insgesamt 3 Flachbildfernseher. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter , alles lief total reibungslos. Danke dafür. Viele Unternehmungen sind von Niedernsill aus möglich. Wir können dieses Objekt insgesamt nur sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren 1 Woche da, die Fewo ist sauber und groß genug für uns gewesen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Sehr guter Badesee in der Nähe. Empfehlenswert ist hier die Salzburg Card.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Küche komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit den wichtigsten Gewürzen, wir mussten kein Bettzeug mitbringen, keine Betten beziehen, nicht putzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr unkompliziert, die Antworten kamen prompt. Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders gut für 2 oder 3 Paare, da jedes der drei Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad in und sogar einen zusätzlichen abgetrennten Flur hat. So hat jeder innerhalb der Wohnung nochmal einen intimen Bereich ganz für sich alleine. Besonders hervorheben muss ich die perfekte Sauberkeit der Wohnung, da ich in dem Punkt anspruchsvoll bin. Wenn man unbedingt auch was Negatives erwähnen will, wäre das bei mir der Umstand dass Hunde zugelassen sind, wobei ich das vorher wusste und es deshalb nicht kritisieren will. Durch die erwähnte Sauberkeit hat sich dieser "negative" Punkt für mich dann auch stark relativiert . Insgesamt lautet mein Fazit also schlicht: Hervorragend!!

We are very happy with the stay! Overall neat and tidy. Met our expectations with a lot of extra room for 4 people. Owner was flexible with the check in. Was not clear what lavatory products were available (soap and body wash). We are happy with our stay!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Familien/Gruppenurlaub

Der gesamte Urlaub war eine geniale Erfahrung. Zur Mietwohnung lässt sich dabei nur Gutes sagen : Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Optimale Lage der Wohnung in der Nähe mehrerer Supermärkte und in der Nähe einer Bäckerei. Dazu ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten (auch zum be- und entladen) und kaum eine Viertelstunde Fahrt bis zum Skigebiet. Die Wohnung "Panorama" die wir gemietet hatten war äußerst sauber und ordentlich und bot uns sehr viel Platz für vier Mann (Kochen, Schlafen, 3 Bäder mit Dusche).
