Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung sauber, allerdings war die Bettwäsche des Einzelbetts schmutzig und die Agentur hat es in einer Woche nicht geschafft, mir ein sauberes Bett zu beziehen. Ich habe lediglich ein Laken bekommen, das noch nicht mal bezogen wurde. Das war äußerst unangenehm, die Dame hat mit mir diskutiert, statt sich ordentlich darum zu kümmern. Da ich mich während meines Urlaubs nicht weiter damit beschäftigen wollte, habe ich aufgegeben…Die Kommunikation war insgesamt äußerst anstrengend. Und was mir auch überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, die Bezahlung und sonstige Kommunikation findet außerhalb Fe-Wo statt. Die Agentur hat eine eigene Website, auf der man sich registrieren muss. Das schlimmste ist nun, dass zwischen dem auf Fe-Wo angezeigten Betrag und dem tatsächlichen ein erheblicher Unterschied besteht (bei mir 200 ). Die Agentur redet sich raus, dass sie dieses Problem kennen würden und verweist mich an Fe-Wo, ICH solle das klären.
