We spent 6 nights at this place and it was absolutely amazing. The place is just as described on the website. It is literally on the beach. We used to wake up in the morning and have coffee while watching the gym on the promenade in front of us and the ocean. There are a lot of beachfront restaurants and bars on one side and a big mall on the other side (10 minute walk) which also has a grocery store. Bus stop and train station are 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very nice. The AC worked well and the blinds made the room very dark and cozy when needed.. We were given an early check-in and we were met by someone upon arrival. The beach here has soft sand and warm water. This beach is Handiplage (handicap accessible). We would definitely recommend this place

Beautiful property in a lovely location

We had a superb time and property is exactly as described and pictured. It is in a perfect location, very close by to a small shopping mall with Monoprix supermarket and also very close for the trains and buses which run regular and are cheap. Certainly no need for a car. I can highly recommend the property, its is just fantastic.

Great place on a beautiful beach

My wife and our son had an excellent time staying at Chris's place. It is exactly what you need for your holidays in the South of France. The place is pristine and has everuthing you need. It is air conditioned, with a balcony thta faces the beach (and direct access to it as well). Located close to Nice (a bus takes you donwtown and it is 100 mts away); and 200 mts from the train station. Your perfect location for Cannes, Antibes and Monaco (all within 30 min). We would stay here all summer if i could.

A little gem - perfect location !

I stayed here with my mother and my teenage daughter and the location could not have been better. Walking distance to beaches, shopping mall and restaurants. The perfect location

The apartment was perfect for the two of us and had all the facilities one needs for a stay in the south of `France. We didn't cook in the apartment (why would you with so many restaurants to choose from) we just had breakfast before heading out to explore. The apartment is on the promenade next to the beach and the sea. There is a massive shopping centre within walking distance which has a Monoprix for grocery supplies. From the apartment we were able to drive out to Grasse, Menton, Eze, Anitibes and into Nice itself. The communication with our host was excellent and If we go back to the South of France I would stay in the same apartment. 10 out of 10. Thank you Christine (and Sabrina)

Great Location!

The host needs to ensure when renting to English speaking travellers she should be the one greeting them as Sabrina was not able to communicate with us at all. The host should provide some basic details about the location for example that there is a grocery store a short walk away. The property does need some TLC. However it’s location was undeniably superb!

Perfect Location to Enjoy

We booked for 10 days to attend the rugby World Cup and were very happy with our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and we never tired of the ocean views. Great location to watch the planes land, and no issue with noise. The mall is a few minutes walk which includes Monoprix market and a pharmacy. The bus stop is at the mall which is convenient for the airport and to go into central Nice. The St Laurant du Var train station is about 10 min walk as well. The host provided a wonderful stay and I hope to stay again in the future, Merci!!!

Côté Azur

An amazing place looking out to the beach just as described in vrbo. It was very near the CAP shopping mall and a wide selection of restaurants. I could take a stroll at anytime and felt safe there. The host was wonderful and was very accommodating for my early check-in. I am definitely coming back again.

Just as advertised.

We were glad to get to know the area. Alhough we prefer Nice proper (we visit several times a year). This apartment felt safe and has a lovely view. Good walking and transportation available. We took the bus several times and the train once. Communication with Christine was good. Just to know, not a problem but washing machine with no dryer (one has to plan ahead). Micowave but no oven. The bed and linens need an upgrade, but still a good value.

Amazing property & incredible location

My husband, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Christine's property. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated - even better than the pictures - and although it's on the smaller size, the layout worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The location can't be beat ... steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk to CAP 3000 mall with a great Monoprix and other essential needs. We made use of the private parking spot and traveled to nearby towns. Christine was an excellent communicator and host. Check-in / check-out was very easy. We would consider staying here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Christine!

Great Compact Condo!

The small condo is adorably decorated, comfortable and well furnished. Christina has done a great job designing every inch of the space. I would definitely stay there again! The check in process was easy and the off street gated parking convenient…and a real plus. You can also walk to restaurants or walk to the Cap 3000 for shopping! The building itself is undergoing some needed renovations, but this 1st floor corner condo will not disappoint! While the condo is close to the airport, you don’t hear the planes. My son, who is an avid plane enthusiast, loved plane watching from the beach. The beach/water in the area is sort of an inlet, so it is calm and has some designated swimming area that is safer for small children. In 20 minutes you can be in downtown Nice or Antibes. For those without a car or who don’t want to drive and try to find parking, the public transportation is right around the corner and easy to use! It is a great condo for the price.

Wonderful location

The apartment is in a brilliant location, direct access to the beach, and restaurants. It is clean and comfortable. We got off to a bad start though with Christine ( the apartment owner/ manager), our pre booked taxi didn’t pick us up ,we were very stressed by this and I tried contacting both the taxi firm and Christine, but we couldn’t get through. Eventually Christine contacted me and was extremely angry and shouted me down when I apologised and tried to explain. She was fine when we eventually met, but it upset me very much. So my advice is not to cross her.

My wife and I and my son loved the apartment. The apartment was even better than shown on the web site. It is an excellent location, adjacent to the beach and CAP 3000. The patio garden enables one to enjoy the sun in private. Christine was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be coming back!
