UPDATED 3 BDRM MINUTES TO THE FALLS!

Feel right at home in Niagara Falls! Beautifully updated 3 bedroom Victorian home located on a quiet street which allows you some rest and relaxation- while still being a short distance to The Falls, Clifton Hill, casinos, shopping, and many restaurants! We are child friendly and have a private backyard as well as a short walk to a great park for family fun outdoor activities and picnics

Space
Please note this home is a duplex with a private entrance.

**The other unit is used by the home owners. You will still have private access to the backyard and parking during your stay.
There are no common spaces indoors; the units are completely separate including entry.

* Please note you must use the front or side door to access the backyard. It does not have direct access to the bsckyard


You will have access to the main floor entrance, second floor where the bedrooms, bathroom, eat in kitchen are located, the loft living room, as well as the backyard with deck, barbecue and plenty of parking. Although our home has historic charm you will find all the comforts of a modern home including internet, TV, A/C, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, ice maker and much more.

Guest interaction
Guest will have access to the house at anytime in the day via a lockbox. Although I will not personally meet with them I am just a phone call, text or email away. Living locally in Niagara Falls I am available for any additional information requests about the area as well as if you needed someone to come to the house for help of any kind.

Neighbourhood overview
We want all our guests to have a good time, and we provide a local guide for you with everything you need to know about our home, neighbourhood, the city of Niagara Falls as well as some day-trip information about our wine region of Niagara on the Lake. You are a scenic 15 minute walk to the main attractions in Niagara Falls as well as a 10 minute walk to the Niagara Parkway to enjoy the views or go for a great morning run. We respect your privacy and will therefore have minimal interactions, however will be available via phone or email if you have any questions during your stay.

Getting around
You will find it very easy to get wherever you need via walking to all the Niagara Falls tourist attractions. We provide plenty of parking if you choose to drive (please note: additional street parking is available in the spring, summer and fall only), or are just a short taxi ride to wherever you need to go. The house is also close to a via rail station as well as city transit.
