Visit Craon Castle and its park (6km), a listed historical monument, open from April to the end of October. Also nearby are La Rincerie (7km): a leisure park with swimming, a children's playground, fishing, and water sports (kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats, etc.). The Robert Tatin Museum (19km) is a surprising and unusual art museum. The Refuge de l'Arche (27km) is a haven of peace, home to nearly 1,500 local and exotic animals. Finally, there's La Mine Bleue (18km), an unusual adventure 126m underground.
Shops: a supermarket is 3km away, and other shops and services are available in Craon (4km). The house has two levels, a private entrance, and a private garden.

From Craon, take the road towards Nantes in the direction of Renazé. Turn right onto the road to Bouchamps-lès-Craon, and you have arrived.
