First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it.

Vinpearl Resort and Spa is a beautiful place. We stayed at the villa right by the beach. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable. I feel that the common room could use some more decor, for it looked a bit empty. The private pool was clean and big which we used it everyday. Vinpearl is located on an island away from downtown but transportation to and from was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only two things that needs improvement is room service and manicure/pedicure service. Room service took a while and food is not great. Manicure didn't turn out good. I feel like being a resort, you would have more experienced technicians. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff could improve their English. Twice i asked for salt and got sauce. Also, villas should have kitchenware and a microwave.
