Room was clean and spacious. Only issue I had was told the residents bar was closed when we arrived back. Told to use the app for Room service which was not acceptable as we were with other residents in the lounge. After speaking with the manager, the issue was eventually resolved allowing us to be served, but it is not a customers problem that you have a Christmas party on and want to clear people out. You advertise the Residents bar so it should not be closed when there are a lot of Residents around.

The Staff were definitely the strong point, Paige who worked in the restaurant was very helpful; the standard double room was clean and comfortable but the centrally controlled heating system didn’t function well leaving the room a little chilly despite attempts to adjust it manually; breakfast was excellent, evening food & drink good if a little overpriced; bed very comfortable, nice location, no noise from nearby M6.
