When we arrived, one of the elevators were not working. When we checked into our room the sofa bed had multiple dark stains all over the sofa.When we went back down to the front desk we informed them of the condition of the room. Then much to our dismay, the second elevator was out of order so all of the patrons had to use the stairs for the rest of the evening.

Cleanliness! I really enjoy staying there when I’m in Hampton. Wish they had a small coffee and tea service all day. When you are traveling, coffee does a body good.
