Disliked: Cleanliness
Host was fine-communicated beforehand with all info and was attentive and answered questions promptly.However, it was the actual unit and its condition that we were not happy with:Was not clean-spills dried on kitchen floor, crumbs on sofa, hair on pillow, stained carpets, greasy kitchen appliances not wiped well, dusty etc. It is easy to see it is not cleaned well.Tub does not drain so we had to stand in high water to shower. Smelled awful when we walked in like someone cooked fish and spices but cleaning people did nothing to refresh air for new guests.Stained and worn carpets and sofa. They need to update, it looks very tired.It shares a wall with the gym so in the morning you hear people dropping their dumbbells behind your head board. It is also right next to the pool so you can hear swimmers outside your window. Even though we stayed the last weekend in Nov, many people were swimming and hanging in hot tub still since it is heated, it would be much worse in summer with the noise. Highly annoying when checking in as they make you talk to pushy sales people that do not give up and let you get to your room to start your vacation. Not a great first impression.
