Yes and yes. We had an incident w a guest next door and security and front desk handled it professional. We were moved to another room. The resort was beautiful! We celebrated our daughter’s surprise engagement! The rooms were great, the bar was perfect and the grounds and decorations were an added nice surprise. They also surprised our daughter and fiancé with a surprise bottle of champagne with chocolates and a note left in their room . We can only imagine how nice it is in the warmer weather too . Thank you for the great stay !

The staff at the front desk and valet parking were very pleasant and helpful. We had a great time and will book again when we come back. There are a few areas that need some TLC such as some teak slats were broken or hanging and I think the exterior could use a paint job. Maybe a light gray instead of the yellow

The room was beautiful, the restaurant was lovely and the atmosphere was top notch. I would have given 5 stars but we arrived 10 minutes after the 4pm check-in time and still had to wait about a half hour or more in the lobby with our bags before our room was ready.

The beds were terrible. We had to ask the staff for an extra blanket and washcloths We received a blanket but only after going to the front desk but never received the washcloths. The sliding glass door seeped so much cold air you could not sit next to the sliders. The walls are paper thin. You could hear conversations in the next room. I was so disappointed with the stay. I will not go back.
