This is a recently completed new build, two bedroom apartment with a private deck and off street parking. The open concept kitchen and living space makes this the perfect spot for entertaining and gathering, as well as the large private deck overlooking the hustle and bustle of West Broadway. This is a dog friendly first floor unit with two bedrooms with queen size beds, a pullout sofa, mini splits, and washer/dryer. You are comfortably able to sleep six guests. On Site Parking!
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

5 stars . Absolutely incredible. Everything was perfect. Brand new. Extremely clean. And lots of keurig coffe. Very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very nice front porch . Very large bathroom and large walking shower. The open floor plan had a very large island for cooking etc. The owner was quite nice. Very accommodating. Off st parking for one car. 10 minutes walk to Thames . Air conditioning has 3 separate controls . One for main living area and one for each bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay. We could live there it was so nice. Many thanks ! Will probably be back. Michael and Marian

Great location and beautiful property
We recently stayed during our trip to finalize wedding plans. What a great location with off street parking. The property is beautifully renovated. The owners didn’t miss a beat! Everything you need..all the amenities. Very clean and neat. Matt is very responsive. When we reached out he responded within 5 min. No need to think twice. This place is terrific. We are recommending it to our wedding guests traveling to Newport

Very nice property - walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars. Beds were all comfortable and bathroom had good water pressure. Entry/exit is easy - parking spaces are super helpful. Front porch great for relaxing and people watching. Newport is a special place and this stay made it even more special.

Perfect house.. as we had traveled from the uk the fact it had a stocked coffee station and sensible toiletries made a huge difference.. meant we did not have to go to the supermarket for the whole stay. Super clean.. well presented.. will definitely come back!
