Beautifully located on one of the Newport Beach Channels, this 1,400 square foot bayfront home has a large water and sunset view, a patio with a beautiful spa, a bar with high-top stools, a BBQ, a fire pit, and a table for dining alfresco as you enjoy a colorful western sunset. The dock is a great place for a moored Duffy boat which can be available for your use.

Flooded with natural light, given the lot's orientation, this two-bedroom, lower unit has a flowing great room with a fireplace, TV, and amazing views, all of which you can enjoy from the living room area. Slider access from this area makes indoor/outdoor living easy. An inside dining area and an outside dining table accompanied by a BBQ make it easy for everyone to eat together. A thoroughly modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires, just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.

A primary queen and twin bedroom has a sparkling modern en suite bath with a standing shower. There is a second queen bedroom downstairs, plus a queen sofa bed. The second guest bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a standing shower, and there is also a half bath off of the downstairs hall. All beds and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort. Additional amenities include WIFI and cable and a washer/dryer.

Newport Peninsula is one of Southern California's hidden gems, offering a relaxed Island lifestyle while just a short stroll to the city's best beaches, surfing, shopping, entertainment, and dining. Come and enjoy this little slice of paradise; you will be glad you did!

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
- It is on the bay (Channel) with private hot tub, and a Duffy Boat available for additional fees so it will be easy to explore the harbor from the water.
- It has a large bay view backyard patio with a barbecue so meals anytime will be a great treat when using this well-designed space.
- The dock in the backyard is a great place to swim and fish and the beach is within walking distance - roughly five blocks.

We very much enjoyed the outdoor living that this rental offers. Paying the extra for the hot tub was worth it. The house is a bit dated but clean and the kitchen had everything we needed but the spices. Located only a short walk to the grocery store this was not an issue. We very much look forward to staying again.

Nice property, but not very private...
The two star review is based on the patio and boat dock not being private as claimed. Not until receiving the check-in instructions was an upstairs tenant mentioned. This property is actually a house divided into two units, maybe better described as a duplex. The separate upper unit has windows overlooking the patio, as can be seen in the photos. One can even hear footsteps from the above tenant as one would in an old apartment building. There are three boats, one of which belongs to a third party mooring. Three people showed up one day, without any notice and proceeded to pack up the boat and take it out for the day. This, in addition to the owner having his own boat moored which he may take out at any time. There is no way to access the boats without walking across the patio. Also take note that a house is being constructed two doors down. You will hear hammering, staple guns etc. during the entire day. That said, the patio is lovely and would have been a wonderful place to relax if not for the noise and lack of privacy. The unit itself was very nice and very clean. The master bath has an amazing bathtub, that I've only seen the likes of in a european resort. The property management company was nice enough to allow a late check out, however the cleaner was not properly informed.
