It was disappointing that there was no accessible areas for a disabled person. No toilets were accessible, for such a renowned hotel this was disgraceful and behind the times. There were areas that need painting, just lot of upkeep and care is needed. Staff were wonderful , meals excellent.

Given that it was pouring rain & very windy for three-quarters of the time we stayed, the staff did very well to keep the hotel running as smoothly as they did. Thank to the cleaners & all the staff.

Friendly and efficient staff.Clean & comfortablecroom. Delicious meals in the onsite restaurant. Top notch in this regard. Lovely pool, however, it's in need of attention- tiles missing, looked unloved. Rubbish in bushes. Bin overflowing.

Nothing that we could complain about. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant meal was exquisited. Have a dessert! Room was very clean, and quiet.

Rooms a good size and nice to have balcony looking out to the trees. Would be good in future to be told in advance (when booking) that the dining area was closed to a private function. This impacted parking available. Fixtures not up to scratch in the bathroom.
