While the hotel was nice and even charming itself, I was put into an "upgrade" room. yes, it was a suite and large, but they moved me to a low, inside 4th floor room. I had zero view ...okay of the other building 6 feet away....but I paid a lot extra for a city view. I had zero natural light, it was like a cave. there was zero cell or text signal...which I rely on constantly through the day, so I had to pay for WiFi every day.
If this is the upgrade, please don't give it to me. The hotel is perfectly located for my regular NYC business trips, but I was disappointed in my stay and don't plan on returning here again.
I plan to ask to be refunded the extra $$ that I paid for the "city view" (that I never had) and for all the Internet fees.
