Nice spot

Nice amount of space, great location. Overall was great. The top floor/loft stairs are very steep and only having 1 key is annoying. Beyond that, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay again

Great Stay in Lenox Hill

My family of 5 met in NYC to meet and celebrate my son's birthday. He lives in NYC but came to stay with us and his siblings. We had a wonderful weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out but we were also able to spend time together in the living room. The property manager was SUPER responsive and attentive. We did feel VERY cold in the unit and the WiFi was very slow (neither of which I informed the property manager about but will so it can be resolved).

Fall weekend in NY

The communication with the host was challenging. It was difficult to get a response at times. VRBO gave us a different address than the host, which was confusing. There was a dropoff from the floor level in the dining area to the living room, and no railing, and my 85 yr old mother fell. That was a dangerous hazard. The WiFi was very slow. Couldn’t get the fire table to work outside. The stairs to the top bedroom were very steep. Couldn’t get the lamps to work in the middle bedroom. Listing says use of health club, but apparently that’s only for people staying for at least 7 days ( we weren’t) but they did let us use it anyway. Loved the neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walk.

This property is in a perfect location! The space is big and it has everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so helpful for our last minute trip! Hope it is available on our next trip! So much room after a long day to just relax! Great wine and food nearby!

Great family spot

Clean, comfortable and well situated - coffee shop downstairs, gourmet grocers a block away, few blocks to the Park. Perfect for extended family stay - grandparents in one room, kids in the top bedroom (bed each, aged 9 and 11), my husband and I in the third. Slow ancient elevator but it gets you there! Very responsive property manager. Highly recommend.

Perfect NYC Oasis

This property is an actual oasis in the city. You are accessible to anything and everything you need, but the location is residential, quiet, clean, and luxurious! There is more than enough space for a big group of people to stay, and the amenities make you feel like you are in the comfort of your own home. Although my situation was highly specific (our other VRBO host canceled on us with just 2 days notice) Tania and her crew swooped in and saved the day. Their communication was immaculate and their accommodations were unmatched. I cannot reiterate enough that this is absolutely the best place for you to stay in the city.
