Every question was answered with genuine care, and it truly felt like they wanted my stay to be as comfortable as possible. The accommodations were stunning—modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the room layout to the amenities, felt carefully thought out. It was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The onsite dining was another highlight. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere made every meal feel like a special occasion without even leaving the hotel. Overall, The Time New York exceeded all expectations. Between the amazing staff, top-notch accommodations, and excellent dining, it’s a place I would happily return to again and again. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for two nights in two rooms. One of the rooms smelled like smoke, and the hotel overall felt very small and cramped. The furniture was worn and torn, and although there have been some upgrades, it still feels like a work in progress. On the positive side, the beds were somewhat comfortable, but overall the experience was disappointing.
