Sean was great even before we got there! He worked with us to get an early check-in time that worked a lot better for us. I asked him for advice on getting a winter coat, and even though I didn't take him up on it, he offered to pick one up for me in store if I ordered it online. That's incredible hospitality! The house itself was perfectly clean, and we loved the neighborhood. Definitely a highlight is the downstairs bedroom/hangout area! On our last night we gathered up down there for a night in watching a movie. Even when we hit single digit weather, the house stayed warm too. We really loved our stay, and highly recommend it!

This place was the perfect home base for our group of 8. It was close to tons of restaurants and a short walk to several metro stations. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy - even the pullouts! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well priced place in Brooklyn.

Highly recommend the Maple House, such a beautiful cozy space for our large group of 8. My husband and best friends all couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable everything was, it made coming home after a long adventurous day in the city so relaxing and peaceful. The location was great as well, short walk to the metro and convenient neighborhood amenities and within reasonable driving distance to other popular neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

What a special rental property in a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood. The home is lovingly renovated with attractive and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Host Sean is professional and so responsive! And he added so many personal touches--including 2 Christmas trees! Well stocked kitchen, new appliances in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Driveway parking was a wonderful convenience. Easy access to public transportation. Terrific experience and property!

Perfect place accurately sums up this very special property! Our recent stay far exceeded our expectations and made our visit to New York City truly enjoyable. The property was clean, stylish, well-stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, and fresh linens. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the suite downstairs complete with games (sorry again about the Fortnite charge), properly stocked laundry room, the dining room where we gathered for our meals, and the area in the back that provided additional memorable family bonding time. And the beds were absolutely the most comfortable ever! So relaxing after a day of sightseeing! The location was perfect— located in a vibrant neighborhood that offered both convenience and charm. It’s just a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. We felt safe exploring the area at all hours, and there were plenty of unique shops and parks nearby. The host was accommodating, welcoming, and responsive, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks again for your hospitality which made us feel right at home!I highly recommend this Brooklyn property to anyone visiting New York City. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this accommodation offers a convenient, comfortable, and authentic Brooklyn experience.

We had a fabulous time staying here! The house was clean and spacious enough for my family of 8 people visiting NYC for the weekend. The host, Sean, was incredibly nice and generous, and he went out of his way to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Brooklyn!

This was our second stay here and was just as good as the first.Very well apportioned kitchen with lots of little extras that make the stay go smoothly.We hired a car this time and it was easy to get around the neighbourhood and park in the driveway.Would highly recommend.

Great house that was very well appointed with ameneties. Kitchen was well stocked with the things you need for a short stay e.g coffee, condiments, etc.Walking distance to local market and metro stations.Host was exceptional to deal with. Very helpful and great at keeping in touch.

This home in Brooklyn was ideal for my family to stay for a wedding weekend. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, and the outdoor space and laundry was a plus! The host did a wonderful job of providing us with kid friendly equipment, and we enjoyed watching football and baseball games as a family in the lower-level TV room. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again in a heartbeat!
