The staff at the front desk were so welcoming! Even when returning from a day out they always greet you with a “welcome back”, it may be a small detail but it definitely goes a long way. The rooms were clean and were attended to everyday. The hotel is also close to a lot of spots in soho which was great and the vibes were immaculate. I will most definitely be coming back here and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Thank you Sheraton Tribeca Hotel for the hospitality.

The Sheraton was great! I’ve tried 4 other hotels in NY and this is now my favorite. The rooms are spacious for NY standards, clean, and the subway is a block away so easy to get anywhere. 5 stars!

My husband and I only stayed for 1 night, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was standard, with enough space to have 2 open suitcases. It was exactly what we needed, and it's extremely convenient in terms of transportation. You can easily grab a cab, Uber, or multiple train lines.
