It's a great hotel very centrally located. The service was great. The room was clean and quiet, and was a good place to retreat to. Space is a premium, and there was very limited drawer space in the room, but this is to be expected. The bathroom is small, but with a clever solution to getting natural light that I wish more hotels would use. The only issues we had were the placement of the makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom, and the bathroom door. The vanity mirror is fixed to the wall at a height only suitable for individuals 6ft or taller. As a 5ft 3in woman, it was utterly unusable for me. It cannot be moved down. Additionally, in our room, the bathroom door could not be closed. It is a pocket door, but our lock did not work.

We had a great stay at Innside Hotel. Extremely high vibe from the moment you come inside. The staff was friendly, attentive to details, ready and available to accommodate any need.. The overall experience was fantastic. Denise, Maria ,Jason and Issac were fundamental and on point showing their expertise in customer services. Close to major sightseeing points, shopping venues and fine dining. Highly recommend.

Both rooms I was in smelt a little musty. Clean overall but if you look closely the rooms were certainly not cleaned well. Also, there was no top sheet only a comforter which was not ideal for temp control while sleeping.

Quite nice hotel in the midtown, conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan with just a 2-min walk to the subway station and an average 2-min Uber waiting time. Bright, clean, and quite spacious room with efficient AC and WiFi. Comfortable mattress, blanket, and 2 types of pillows. Complimentary, good-quality spring water during our stay with a daily refill, same for Nespresso capsules. 3.5 out of 5 restaurant downstairs with decent food quality, but the some staff needs to be trained better (except Carlos, who was fantastic). Regular no-stress room cleaning, fresh towels and good shower, hair dryer, iron, and even a steamer for your clothes. Tried to order in-room service last day before leaving, but couldn’t due to error 304 on the hotel website. Haven’t worried since there are dozens of food options in the area. Haven’t checked the gym, but heard it has nice view. Comfortable check-in and quick check-out with a smile. You can find many similar hotels in the area, but you won’t regret choosing this one. 8.5 out of 10.

Location and cleanliness made this a great hotel to stay at. Service in the restaurant was very inconsistent with mistakes and some staff looking unhappy. Front desk made an error charging and mixing personal and business cards, even after providing explicit instructions. Elevators are horrifically slow!!! Manhattan has plenty of choice, and for a hotel with this star rating, I would advise travelers to look for better options given the high costs.

incredible experience! the customer service and hospitality was off the charts. Amazing location, walkable to Times Sq/Theater District, and Highline, etc. A highlight was they have two bikes you can take for the day, for free - we biked to Central Park and it was an AWESOME way to experience the city. And lastly, restaurant is delicious and has a great vibe - ate there 2x despite all the food options in the city. Thank you, thank you - we will be back.
