Staff very efficient and clearly enjoyed working for the organization. Room immaculate. Very modern and eco-friendly. Would definately book this when in NYC. And the service and breakfast variety was better than many in Europe and Asia. Good value all around. And very near Times Square, resturant row and theatres.

Great location, spacious, very clean room with fabulous view (9th floor looking west). I really appreciated the eco consciousness -- they made it easy to recyle and everything electonic was turned off when you left the room. BUT when you card-key controls so much, it has to be reliable and mine died twice in 3 days. Also the disinfectents (or whatever) used to clean the room left an unpleasant smell that took aobut 24 hours to go away.

I had an excellent stay at the RIU Plaza New York Times Square. The location was perfect right in the heart of Times Square and close to everything. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable with amazing views of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. Most of all, the staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff was helpful and professional. We had a small problem with our room, and they took care of it right away. The bed is comfy, and the breakfast had plenty of choices, including fresh fruit.

The bellhop met us at our car and had our luggage in the hotel before we even exited the car. Every single person was so pleasant and positive. The room and entire hotel was spotless and the VIEW from the 28th floor was breathtaking. We’re beyond pleased with the option of upgrading to the top floor. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central location to all things Manhattan, including the subway.
