This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in New York. The area was beautiful, the room was abnormally large considering we were in New York and the best thing of all is how clean it was!

Beware Untrustworthy Staff

Missing items not returned. The staff confirmed that items we left behind would have been turned into lost and found but nothing was so therefore not found. They were unfriendly, unapologetic and offered no reassurances to help resolve. Beware untrustworthy staff here. If they won’t return art prints after you left, imagine what they’re doing in your rooms with your possessions!
