The drains did not properly drain in the shower and sink. There are not enough towel racks. The beds are only double size. The bathrooms are not private, have no sound barrier, and when the light is on it disturbs others in the room.These beds and rooms are too small for four people sharing. You only get cable TV. I generally found NYC wildly over-priced, so I can't really give an objective review. Location is the only reason to stay here. Staff were helpful.

I booked a room with King size bed, but given 2 double bed.When asked the front desk, the staff is rude. I was told that it depends on availability and I booked thru 3rd party ? I booked the hotel weeks ahead. No apology or empathy from staff.

If this is your first visit to NY, Hilton Garden Inn is the best choice. Time square is 5 mts walk from here. So is NBC studio and few other really great attractions. The hotel staff is super friendly. We were helped a lot by them especially Samson who was amazing. Definitely looking forward to go again!
